Okay I purchased the add on pack and seems will do multiple. But I do not quite understand the thumnail suffixthing is it reqired? What if I don't have the underscore like _small after my thumnails but I have the word "thumb"
after them instead do I put the word
"thumb" in there or leave as is default
or leave blank? If you could let me know I would sure appreasiate it.

Rename your thumbnails with the suffix _small.
The Add-On Pack works with the thumbnails that are created by the Smart Image Processor. Those thumbnails get a suffix.
