I've been working my way through MCSE Training Kit: Microsoft SQL Server 2000 Database Design and Implementation, but I'm not sure if I'll ready to take the exam. Does anyone have suggestions for a good preparation book i.e. something that covers the important aspects of the MCP 70-229 exam with sample questions. The Microsoft Readiness Review book doesn't get very good ratings.
