I would like to use MS Access's Calendar Control feature so that I can click on a date in the calendar to perform data entry via clicking vs having to type the dates. How do I incorporate the calendar control object into a web page designed using DWMX?

There are a bunch of date selector calendars available on the web, as well as a bunch that are available as extensions... here are my two favorites:

This extrension and date picker is by far the best I have seen on the web. Easily customized right from the extension interface, there are a wealth of options and features.

Awesome extension that creates a layer-based popup calendar. Many great features, but is subject to the form cutoff issues when displayed over certain form elements.
