Hello Everyone
I am trying to get rid of "white space"
I have an opening html page that opens a swf file. But I can't seem to figure out how to get this opening page to open in the browser at 769x338.
you can check out my website to see what I mean...

Hey Mstajcar-
I checked out your site to see what you are refering. I see the opening page (splash page) is set at 769x338 but the rest of the site which is the swf file is set up at 800x600. If you were to resize the persons browser to 769x338, then when they clicked the "enter" button, they would have to scroll up, down, left, and right. That can be a little annoying for the visitor. The only way I can think to solve this is to place the resize script in both pages. First resize to 769x338 and then again to 800x600. even then, it doesn't make much sence to do that because they are only on the splash screen for a short amount of time.

Here is a javascript that you can paste into the <body> tag. It should look something like this:
<i>&lt;body onLoad="resizeTo(0,0);"&gt;</i>
===<u>copy & paste this</u>=========================
<b>onLoad="resizeTo(<font color=green>640</font id=green>,<font color=green>480</font id=green>;"</b>
========================================
Change the green numbers to the desired browser size.

I hope thats helps you out. Let me know.

Hey mstajcar,
Another option is to publish your swf in flash as html and in publish settings set the higth and width to 100%
Then no matter what size the window you swf will take up the whole page
Check out my page for an example
Hope this helps
Brownie
Also set you page colour to light blue or grey

.....but you can call me Brownie Brown
