I have Layer Genie displaying my menus but when my Menu Layer goes over a form it is hidden behind it. For an example of what I am talking about please go to www.testwebsite.biz, move your mouse over select city and then move to east. Any help with this would be most appreciated!

Form elements and Flash etc. are considered 'active content' and will always be displayed on top of everything else in all browsers.
So this is not an issue of Layer Genie, but something that applies to any layer in any browser.

So I guess your only option is to rethink your design.
