Yes please... this is a serious issue for those of us who invested in products and then have to take 30 minutes trying to find the support forums again.

I have spent some money with DMX, but have resisted spending anymore because the level of support has gone down-hill drastically since I bought my first products.
Is there a forum for SIP? I have some issues, that are not addressed in the faq and I would like them resolved.
