Hi! I am new to Dreamweaver MX, but have used Dreamweaver 4 in the past. It's been so long that I have forgotton how to do some things. However, I am trying to build a fairly simple website, but am having trouble with something that seems like it should be going right.

Here's the problem. I have frames. A top one, a left one, and a main frame. I have put some flash buttons in the left frame. When I put "mainframe" as the "target", and try it out in a browser, it opens a page in the mainframe that says "The page cannot be displayed". Why is it doing that?

I have made a page for it, so that I can see if it works, but it doesn't seem to work that way. Is there something that I need to be doing in the beginning when I'm setting up my website? I think I'm doing it right.....but....well obviously I'm not. Can anyone help me?

There are several things... check the following:

1. Did you create a site?;
2. Did you save the files?;
3. Are the site settings correct?

And, when WYSIWYG doens't do the right thing, I always check the code. And for a framespage the code is not that difficult.
