FTP error 553 Permission Denied

I need more help. I was trying to upload my site to the server and I keep getting an FTP error message 553 Permission Denied.Anyone know a fix for this?

Were you trying to upload the "entire site"? Try uploading a few files at a time.
Did the error come from a certain folder? Sometimes the host will have some folder permissions locked.
