I'm just about to embark on building a custom cms with Dreamweaver MX with ASP. I've done something on a very mico level, but i'm gonna go bigger this time.Something along the lines of www.interactivetools.com/products/pagepublisher/
Can someone recomend some invaluable (and free) Dreaweaver extensions that can help in this process (I know of htmlarea and PureASPupload). Also, more importantly, if there are any good DWMX tutorials (other than the ones on dmxzone) for building a CMS.
Thanks.

When I started out building CMS's I found this site the best for giving me advice, ideas and help. Have a look around the net and look at how others have built them. Try and work out what recordsets they are pulling, updates are being done, etc. Most of extensions you need are already in DW.
Try this "asp cms" search on google:
www.google.com/search?sourceid=navclient&ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8&q=asp+cms
A good site for some cool extensions is:
basic-ultradev.com
Try macromedia's extension resouce on their website. There is loads you can download but only a few you really need. Look for an extension called magicbeat. It's got lots in it. Also try www.yaromat.com.
Best of luck.
