I run a site with over 80 biographies and what I'd like to do is have each page individually utilize a hidden pre-filled mail form to an email address of my choosing.

I'd like this all to happen in code only, not visible except the email that goes to my destination.

The idea is to have each person's page remind them every 3-6 months to send me updates and info for their bio.
