I'm brand-new to Dreamweaver. I created one site (www.bestdtp.org) using version 4. I'm impressed enough to want to start working with it for all my sites. But in buying the newer stuff, I don't know whether I should be okay with Dreamweaver MX or Studio MX.
I wanted to go to the Macromedia website for comparisons, but I keep getting errors because the nameserver cannot find the macromedia.com domain.
First: Is Macromedia offline or is it the nameserver somehow?
Second: Any recommendations for a newbie?
Thanks.
P.S. I've also recently started blogging. On one site, I'm using MovableType and on another pMachine Pro. Can these be easily integrated into Dreamweaver MX products? (I've had some minimal success with version 4, but the PHP stuff is difficult to place since all I see is some yellow thingy where the PHP would create dynamic content.)

Studio MX is the same as Dreamweaver MX. I think you just get a subscription to extensions and other add ons with the studio thing.
I would think you would be fine with Standard Dreamweaver for the time being.
MX has support for PHP but your blogging stuff wont integrate in any way. You could work on the PHP pages but I think you would have to know how to code.
