I'm pretty new to CSS. I've sucessfully designed a few CSS sites that work perfectly on the net but today I ran into a problem. I used an Eric Meyer style sheet, with his permission, as my basis and modified it to suit my needs. Everything works great except for one problem. After I published my site I noticed that as I navigate around the site my page links will randomly open the new page in a separate window. It isn't the same link every time!! It's random, sometimes I can surf around the site repeatedly and it never happens at all. I viewed the site using IE6 and Mozilla 1.4, it happens the same in both browsers. If it was the same link doing it every time I could figure it out but it's really and truly random. Every few clicks I'll suddenly have 2 windows open for the same website. Strangest thing is I've used the Meyer stylesheet before and never encountered the problem, I've compared my bugged site code to the code from a perfectly good site and can't, for the life of me, find the error. Can anyone help me? Am I missing a hack somewhere? I'm pulling my hair out. Oh, I had a friend check my site on her 'puter and the same thing happened for her, RANDOMLY!! I placed this post here because I don't know where else to put it and I used DW to create the site.

After hours of searching I found the culprit, it's amazing what one misplaced forward slash ( / ) in the middle of a page of code will do in the right, or wrong, circumstance and how hard it can be to find. Another lesson learned.
