I'm using DW MX, and when I last closed it, something must have gone wrong, because when I went to use it the next day, my toolbars were all messed up...

I used to have a neat toolbar with all the insertable objects, like FORMS, COMMON, TABELS, etc - but now its gone...

How do I get that toolbar back?
