PureASP Upload , Disadvantages?

I am probably going to purchase Pure ASP Upload 2.1 however, I would first like to know if there are any disadvantages to this Pure ASP way of uploading files versus using a server COM such as ASPupload. Any input is greatly appreciated.Justin
