Hi,I am fairly new at this. I need to know how i can uplaod an MP3 so others can download it. The MP3 is leagl as it is a DJ mix that a mate wants me to put on his site. thanks in advance

Use an FTP client program such as www.flashfxp.com and use your login and password to access your server remotely.
