a client is now sending me html files that he's produced from sliced photoshop images via imageready

he wants me to integrate them into his existing website that i manage using
DW

i feel it's bad practice and that i'll ultimately have less work to do...am i safe telling him this?

YOU should probably be doing this work, but if it helps there is an extension from Massimo Foti for using imageready files (it's free). It was included on the cd with the Dreamweaver 3 HOT book by Lynda Weinman.
