I have a vertical background image in a div and it is taller than a normal web page. i did this on purpose and I want it to open by default about halfway down the height where I put the title and the navlinks. I want it to be scrollable but to always open at a pre-determined spot whether just arriving or clicking back from another site page.

anyone know howto on this one?
