Need to create an element that sticks to the bottom edge of the browser to account for different window and screen sizes. Here's an example of what I mean:
www.redcommunications.com/
My site is created with flash but I think I need to change the Html with dreamweaver. Can anyone tell me how to go about?

That particular site uses a table with its 'height' attribute set to 100%, but specifying the 'height' attribute is not valid HTML and other browsers than IE just ignore it.
You can do a similar thing using layers and one of my 2 Persistent Layers extensions:
<ul><li>free version: www.dmxzone.com/ShowDetail.asp?NewsId=2822</li><li>commercial version, but more advanced: www.dmxzone.com/ShowDetail.asp?NewsId=4574</li></ul>
This persistent layer solution is cross-browser compatible.

Thanks Marja!
I checked out your extensions and it looks like this could be the soltion. Is it possible to have the layer be fixed to the bottom edge up to the point where the text starts, so that it doesn't appear on top of the text when window is resized (like on redcommunications site)?

No, that's not possible using a persistent layer.
There's another extension (Layout Designer by ProjectSeven, www.projectseven.com) that can make a 'footer' layer relative to the bottom of your page content. But that one doesn't make the layer relative to the window borders.

Marja here's another example.
Is that done in the same way?
gridplane.com/folio/
<hr height=1 noshade id=quote></BLOCKQUOTE id=quote></font id=quote><font face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica" size=2 id=quote>
No, that site is built using Flash.

Well, I know virtually nothing about Flash. But I see no relevant HTML in that page, so apparently it is possible in Flash. <img src=../images/dmxzone/forum/icon_smile.gif border=0 align=middle>
