Hello, I have setup an online upload using Pure ASP Upload that places the files behind the root of the site. I am creating an admin tool for authorized users to download these files, but a simple data source link does not get to that directory.

I have the NT IIS Server in house.

Hey, I actually thought through this and came up with a solution. I made the upload directory behind the root a virtual directory infront of the root. It doesn't list it when you ftp but is accessible from the admin tools outside of the root.
