Hidoes anyone have any suggetions or links that can help me with this problem.
Basically, i am about to head a team of about 15 people who are about to produce content and then upload it to the site.
With so many people working on similar stuff i need to come up with some naming rules and help with organising the content.
Is it best to just have one images folder in the root and have all files link to that, or to split the the whole site up and have seperate images folders.
For example, i have sections such as "about us" "new Products" "publications" etc.
Should these sections be in their own folders on the server with their own images folder?????
Also, should each person uploading content have an exact mirror of the content that lies on the remote server.
let me know if this doesnt make sense...

I used to have several image folders, but having one was simpler for me, but within that, have a menu folder, header folder etc. This means that you have one copy of that image and therefore any changes shall be replicated through the site - like using a template or library in dreamweaver.
I would think that each person should have a mirror - yes, and maybe make a backup before they change anything drastic.

One girl just did part and hence other sections left blank, when she uplaoded, she overwrote all the work!
Thankfully mate had backup at the time <hr height=1 noshade id=quote></BLOCKQUOTE id=quote></font id=quote><font face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica" size=2 id=quote>
