I have been trying to find how I can make my images have the Flash look (least thats what I call it). I noticed on many sites images will have an almost flat glossy look. Example is www.frwy.ca. The images at the top of the page have a different look to them. Any ideas or help will be greatly appreciated.

Sounds like you are looking in the wrong place for this information. I would suggest finding a Photoshop or graphic design forum.
