I've got a problem with frames and dropdown menus. When a button in the navbar is clicked, the drop down menus are hidden by the bottom frame content. Is there another way around this besides making the top frame tall enough so the dropdowns display? It seems like a waste of space this way.

I had the same problem - but instead of using frames (which caused the problem) i changed it to use templates instead thats a way around this problem that i found - but as some sites totally depend on frames it may not be the best for your particular site.

What's the structure of the site?

Its a flat structure, actually. Just a homepage with dropdown menus across the top, I'm going to add a left navigation area as well. These dropdowns link to HTML pages, there's no back-end databases or any of that.

Thanks, but my manager decided to totally change the look of the site, and I'm going to use templates, this will help me get around this issue. I appreciate your offer though.
