DW4 7 Extension Manager

I am getting irate here! I have DW4.01 and ext manager 1.5. I purchased Bloom Image extension and it will not install, it reports that I need an update etc. This product was stated as suitable for DW4 upwards. All my other extensions install without problems. Any Ideas? Replies
