I have been asked to create pages where the viewer can input various financial data, and then gets the answer worked out for them and displayed on that page.
This is in the field of compound interest - the viewer inputs principal, interest rate, and length of time, and gets the answer of what they finally earn( capital plus interest).
I'ma relative newcomer to web design, and dont have much of a clue where to begin to try do this. In my ignorance I think that a Java script could do this, but have no experience of Java script writing or implementing. Any and all help is very greatly appreciated.
