I need some direction to create a order form to fill out when a customer calls. I need it to give me another row to enter data into. How do you make it increase the number of rows depending on you need for that order. Also how do you organize the data in your database, because some orders may have one item, others may have 30 items?PLEASE HELP

Your kinda asking for someone to develop an order application for you. There are many questions you need to answer.
.asp or .php. SQL or Access or MySql? Do you have many different items? Do all these items need unique/custom fields?
No offense but it sounds like you should get a book and go thru some tutorials.
