I have a problem with a webpage of ours that is giving me a lot of trouble. It seems to be an easy solution, but not many people know how to fix it. On our default page: www.stockwire.com you will see a light grey rectangle going across the page with our logo in the middle of it. That rectangle needs to go from the left border of the browser, all the way to the right border of the browser. The problem is that the right side of the rectangle does not go all the way to the end. There is a space at the end. The left border is fine. Someone suggested to put in scroll=NO, but that didn't work. Not sure what to do...if anyone has any suggestions, that would be great. Thanks...Adrian

Hi
I suspect the problem is in the table format . I suggest you play around with the border settings. Also if you set the table to 100% width then I think your graphic need not necessarly be centred.
Had a look at the source code but it's never the same as seeing it in DW.
If I get a chance I'll have a look at the code in DW tomorrow
cheers

Ian, Thanks for the response. In the page, I have two tables...one inside of the other. The first one, is 100% width and 100% height, with 1 row and 1 column. The second table has 100% width and nothing for the height, with 2 rows and 1 column. I have an image in both of the rows, so they need to be centered. The border is set to "0" and all the margins are set to "0" as well. So I am kind of stumped as to what to do. Not sure if it is just with Internet Explorer, because if you look at the page through Netscape 7.1, it works. Anyway, let me know what you think...
Thanks,
Adrian

You know, I really think this is nothing to do your code. It's just Internet Explorer - its window is made to look 3D.

Ya, when I first upload it to the server, the gap is usually not there, but then when I refresh, it comes back. Very interesting...does anyone think they have a go around for this problem? THere has got to be a way to fix that. Please let me know if there are anymore suggestions...again, thanks for your time.
