Can anyone tell me how I can submit a form to e-mail so that it is readable? Is there a tutorial? Thanx

Are you going to use CGI, ASP, CF, Java, or something else? You basically create a form and and specify form action with CGI program etc. If you use server side application, means to send out emails varies, depending on technologies.

As for tutorials, Google search with key words "Creating email form" or something similar can give you a list. (I could've given you links I found but I thought it would be better for you to pick one that is best suited, based on your design plan.)
