Center and 100% table Question.

Hello,could u tell me how to create the same table structure of the web site www.musicmatch.com?
This web site has a 100% width table in the top and the content in centered under it.
I am using dreamweaver MX 2004.

Top menu in your browser > View > Source.
will pop up the html, scroll down and have a look at the table structure.
