I would like to let my visitors to make a direct access to my website on their desktops, kin of the control D add to favorites, but installing the acces on the desktop instead of the favorites menu.

If a user will drag and drop the icon (from the url box of the bowswer they are using) onto the desktop, this will create a short cut directly to that page.

Thanks A1, the shortcut idea is good, but I'm dealing with non regular computer users, who need to be directed in simple ways to acheive very basic tasks, we do have a lot of this where i live, The thing is i can not suggest to them the regular drag and drop or the regular "control D" cause they panic in front the computer, that is why i am looking for some kind of instruction, or behavior where they can click and create the access in their desktops, I know is a weird situation, but I want to make it as automated as possible.
