Reading .CSV files dynamically in a web page

i need to display the contents of an excel csv speadsheet in dreamweaver. I can display it using the file includes but the format is no good. I need to display it like a table or in a table. Any ideas on how to format this execl data dynamically? any scripts or applications that can do this?
