Tracking unused files in site

I don't know whether Dreamweaver is capable of this, however I am currently re-creating a web-site put together by a kind lady who didn't know what she was doing

what I am wondering is if there is a way to track unused resources (images) through dreamweaver or any other program in the way the Flash allows you to

any help is greatly appreciated
