File Genie - thumbnail Images not showing up

I am having a problem when using the thumbnail_image. I set the folder list to a directory full of .jpg images and set it to show thimbnails only _small prefix. But nothing shows up on the page. Do i have to rename the .jpg's to something that refers to the _small? any help would be appriciated... Replies

yeah i followed it 3 different time on brand new .asp pages.... what is the _small about for the thumbnail prefix?

File Genie works with the thumbnails that are created by the Smart Image Processor. The Smart Image Processor puts a prefix of _small to the thumbnail names. Rename your thumbnails with this prefix and file genie will display them.
