[In short I have a white outline around my image].

I have a photo of a TV set, I copied the photo and added an image onto the blank screen, i decided to save space and just cut out the image on the screen.
So I now have 2 images, one large main image, and one small part of the image that has been changed, so when i go a rollover it changes so there is something on the tv set.
[make sence?]
Now thats fine, I just cut out the image and made a new file and pasted it in, because the tv is at an agle the image wont be straight so it needs a transparent background...so i save it as a giff...go back into dreamweaver, make a new layer and bung it exactly ontop - except i have ONE problem - there is a white outline around the image for some reason????
WHY?
