Uploading pictures

I'm creating an insert page that will be passworded for members of staff that don't work in my office to be able to use. I want them to be able to upload their own pictures as I've seen can be done on other websites but can't figure out how to go about it using ultradev.
Can someone help?

I'm using Ultradev 4 with an Access 2000 database.
I do know some .ASP but not a vast amount.
