how to target 2 iFrames?

hello guyz...this is my first post here...
I would appreciate if you could help me on this:
I have a button and I want when it is pressed to load 2 different html pages into 2 different iFrames in my page.
can you help me on this.. I couldn't do anything with "href"
I don't have much experience but I am learning fast <img src=../images/dmxzone/forum/icon_smile.gif border=0 align=middle>
