Ok, I know this has been posted before but I saw no real answers to the question.

A) Why are the layers in different spot whne I preview my page?

B) How do you keep them from moving when you re-size the browser?

Oh, absolute postioning isn't working for me either - maybe I'm not doing it right but I'm looking at "position" in code view and properties inspector and it says "absolute".
