2. I am asking a simple question here What matter where I post this. IF you want people to buy this product then this is not the way to go about it.
3. I have also emailed this question to 3 days ago. With no relpy at all.
This looks to me as if DMX zone are not only not interested in providing any support for existing purchasers of your products but are also not interested in potential new ones.
If no one can answer these simple questions I am waisting my time here. I will simply look for an alternative and spend my money else where.

I don't get a guaranteed 24 hours response on products that cost way more the $100. I wouldn't expect it here either.

I don't know where you go shopping wdglide but I am not in the habit of giving my credit card details to companies that are no longer trading. As far as I am concerned this is the feeling I am getting. 4 Days is long enough to reply to a email with a simple question.
I have never known any company to not reply to a potential customer if they are showing an interest in buying a product regardless of how much it costs. I have bought many things off the net at less cost with tip top service and response.
Am I simply asking to much of this company to.
a. Confirm if this product actually does what is says on the box.
b. That the company is still trading.
If DMX cant do that then I might as well just print my credit card details on this forum.
