I have made a frameset and i would like the main part of the set to have a scrollbar when the text doesn't fit the resolution.

I have made the bar and changed the colours to match the site. When i try to scroll it is jerky and doesn't really scroll.

Is this css or a script problem.

you made your own scroll bar?

you shouldnt need to, the properties for the frame should include an option for scrolling content.
