Dreamweaver Add Record Problem

I really think wdglide is correct, that TechNote from Macromedia should work.
You can try to set all users to full access and test if everything works fine then. Another problem can be that the database is opened on the server.
And... why use ODBC? When you move forward to OLE DB, the load of erros is less!
