i'm an artist trying to create a site for viewing my paintings. i have succeeded in building a portfolio page with nice thumbnail images on a dark grey background, clean and simple. each thumbnail is a link to a larger version of that image. the problem is the enlarged image opens in the upper left corner of a full size browser window with a white background. what i want is a popup with a relatively small border the same color grey as the background of the previous page, or at least for the image to be centered in the large browser window (but still a grey background instead of white). any solutions out there?

and go and get the Just So Picture Window extension. bronze version is free, and is cool for thumbnails.
