Ok, using the OPEN BROWSER WINDOW option and setting a fixed width/height works for me, but only in EXPLORER.
When I use SAFARI the resize handles are working and visible.

I don't know code, and i've read all the debate about fixed page sizes, etc...

But, does anyone know how to fix the size(height and width) of a webpage in dreamweaver so that its compatible across different web browsers?
I can't find this info anywhere, any help would be mucho appreciated.<b></b>
