insert record not working

I am inserting a record into an access database using the insert record function dmx2004. The session variable shows up on the insert page, but it does not insert and does not redirect. Can anyone help me please?!Here is my code:

Mine was doing the same thing and i found out the culprit, mine was as stupid as the field name in the db. my field name was date well i changed it to indate and it works beautifully.
