reinstall of Studio MX, Dreamweaver will not launc

I was wondering if anyone has experienced a problem with Dreamweaver MX not launching? I had some corrupted files on my computer and I had to uninstall and reinstall Studio MX (though I did not uninstall the Extension Manager). Everything opens except Dreamweaver which just shows the splash screen and then never fully loads.

I am running on Win98SE, Avast is my anti-virus, this problem only started to occur after reinstall. Any ideas?

Yes, you were right. I went in and erased about as much as I could find relating to the previous install and then reinstalled. Works fine now.
