I just started getting this error message today whenever I try to save a document's changes, or rename the document through the DWMX04 interface:Macromedia Dreamweaver MX 2004
While executing onLoad in tempURL_afterSave.htm, the following JavaScript error(s) occurred:
In file ""tempURL_afterSave"":
Reference Error: afterSave is not defined
I've not made any changes to DWMX04 recently, and I get this same error message twice for each attempted save. Has anyone seen this before? If so, how do I fix this? It's really annoying to get this error everytime I try to develop a webpage. Thanks for any help.
P.S. I know that some will first ask if I posted this question on the DWMX04 Forum, and I already have. But I haven't received any responses yet.

Strange error. If you use Windows XP I'll suggest you to set the time back of your machine. (Start -> Programs, Accessoires, System, System repair) or something like that. I use the Dutch version so I don't know it exactly.
Set your system back for e.g one week and start using DMX2004 like you always do. If that doesn't help I think the shortest solution is to de-install Dreamweaver (mind the 'Transfer license' and re-install the product again.

Hello bandsma,
Thanks for the quick response. Concerning setting by clock back, I do not have access to do that, as I work with a network of employees with certain Access rights.
Concerning the uninstall, I was hoping to find a solution to this problem before going that route because of the time it would take to also reinstall extensions in the extensions manager, set up preferences, etc. I've been forced to do so in the past, and it can become a real pain in the butt. But I may have no choice. Any other suggestions?
I've contacted Macromedia's support directly about the problem, and they've actually said that they are going to follow up on this issue. I'll let you know what happens. Thanks.

Hello again bandsma,
After several more instances of those annoying messages, I decided to go ahead and uninstall & reinstall DWMX04. But this time I didn't install the Updater. That seems to be when the problem started. Thanks again for your help, as it's greatly appreciated. Hopefully someone at Macromedia will solve this bug very soon.
