How do u get a serial number out of DMXZone

Hi,sorry to bother you but I trying to get hold of an extension serial number for ScrollGenie. I paid for it yesterday and downloaded the extension but I haven't recieved the serial number. I sent loads of emails to as well as and I haven't heard anything.
How do u get a response from DMXZone?
Anybody got any clues??

Go to MyDMXZone which is in the upper right corner and the select the "Downloads" tab ... this should provide you with the infroamtion you need
