Error message when uploading

When trying to upload a file with Pure ASP uploader version 2.1.3 I get the following error message, "Request object error 'ASP 0104 : 80004005' Operation not Allowed
/ScriptLibrary/incPureUpload.asp, line 36"
Line 36 is calling for the RequestBin = Request.BinaryRead(Request.TotalBytes)
The file size I'm uploading is under the 2 meg limit.
Any ideas?
