I downloaded a DW extension that claims to be located in the DW menu Windows>Others ... my windows meno doesnt seem to have "others" there

Is it hidden? im using DW MX 2004

What's the extension? Might be a known issue...
Also I have to ask just to make sure; you have closed and restarted DMX haven't you - I know its a dumb question... but you'd be surprised how many people overlook it
