i need an invoice for the extensions i bought
since i don't get a reaction on my mail (as usual <img src=../images/dmxzone/forum/icon_smile_dissapprove.gif border=0 align=middle> ) I place my question here
i paid this extension with my own VISA and I need an invoice to get a refund

some help would be appreciated ... i do NOT like to forge invoices!!!!

In the top-right of the site, you'll see a link "E-Mail" (next to "Search". I suggest emailing your request/question.

why do you think I posted this topic ... because mails stay unanswered ... I like the extensions, but I don't like to pay it myself just because s'one doesn't care to make an invoice so i can get a refund ... I just don't understand that ... and I WANT IT TO GET FIXED ... (sorry for the capitals)

bart you can access an invoice by using the link i give. bear in mind this is for my extension for Adv Open Window 3.0

to access invoices for different extensions simplt replace the NewsID number at the end of the link.
u can see the NewsID on the page of your purchased extension

I also noticed that the link to the invoice was printed in the confirmation mail I got when I purchased the extension, I should have read that one better I guess
(it was just frustrating to see that mails to DMXzone stay unanswered)
