how do i admin a remote sql server

i have an ip address and login details for a remote sql database what tool do i use to connect to it and import my database i cant see any options for specifying this in enterprise manager

You can use/install the SQL Manager suite that came with the SQL. If you don't have that, then the free Microsoft version is perfectly fine available on www.microsoft.com/sql/

If you're using a whole server then you shoul dhave some kind of remote desktop support.
