localhost is really the same as 127.0.0.1 (i.e. your network card's own IP) so if you are on another PC in your network replace localhost with either the name of the server PC or its IP
So if you have a development server (called DEV) and you're working on a site (called mytest) usually done by pointing IIS at a directory you would use DEV/mytest (assuming that you have an index.html / default.asp in that directory)

Hi Simon,

Just tried it from another PC, its not opening the page itself, just showing the .asp code (source), can't understand what should do? Anyway, it hasn't install IIS on that PC, Do I have install IIS, before connecting to the server (on each PC). Look forward from you.

Can you try hitting the machine by its' IP address instead of network name? Just to try.
